Where do you ship?

Our ice cream and ice pops are shipped across the U.S. to all states and Canada via Goldbelly. We ship orders via UPS, Monday – Wednesday. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. 

What is the packing process? How do you prevent items from melting?

We ship our ice cream and ice pops inside a cotton insulated shipping box, packed with enough dry ice to ensure your order arrives frozen solid. It gets colder in that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3 degrees F

What is your return policy?

Our ice cream and ice pops are not returnable. If ice cream or ice pops arrive melted or damaged, please contact us at info@islandpops.com with your order number in the subject line.

If your Goldbelly orders arrive melted or damaged, we will work with Goldbelly to re-ship your order free of charge. Please refer to Goldbelly's Return Policy for more information.

Can I return a giftcard?

Gift cards are non-refundable. In the case that your gift card was delivered damaged, or an incorrect amount was loaded, please email us at info@islandpops.com.

Do you cater for events?
